Hi, thank you for this pattern! I am about to start on it, but out of curiosity, what are the final measurements?
Thank you
He is approximately 19cm long and 6cm tall. I I do crochet quite tight though so you may find he comes out bigger. :)
Hi,
I’m nearly finished with my caterpillar.
The pattern says to make 4 legs, but the photo has 6. Should I make 6 to help the caterpillar stand up?
Thank you for spotting my error! I've corrected it :)

What light green did you use
Hello, Amy. I did enjoy making him for my granddaughter who is at the stage of chewing the corners of her hardback copy of the book! I continued from last body piece directly to head, without having to sew. Is there a reason you don’t do this in the pattern? Now she can chew her very own caterpillar instead.
